Measurements are provided by the manufacturers and may not always be 100% accurate for some products. The industry standard for measuring a planter bag is to measure it when the bag is filled with soil already. Many products are manufactured by us, and those measurements are consistently accurate.
Returns are accepted and refunds given only for products supplied with manufacturer faults only. Any returns where the buyer’s situation has changed or the buyer changes their mind may not be accepted or given. Discretion may be given in these instances.
Goods will not be sent until payment is received.
We usually hold all the advertised items in stock, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we may be out of a stock item. In that situation, we will let you know the approximate time the item will come into stock and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order (or part order).

All our products are brand-new and have never been used. They are high quality products suitable for growing plants. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure both ours and your safety, but we (Planter Bag Supplies) will not accept responsibility for any mishap, injury or loss of any kind either caused by us, the freight carrier or the buyer.
